Kindly clarify the following doubts:
Q.- Whether the Travelling Allowance received by a Central Govt. servant at the time of RETIREMENT is taxable or not? What is the rules & procedure for 6th CPC ?

06 February 2010 travelling allowance is exempt 800/- p.m. (1600/- p.m. for blind or handicapped) after this it is taxable.
