System error while login to gst

05 July 2017 I am from Kerala. I could nt login to my clients GST account, who get provisional Id from VAT site. But at the same time, those who get provisional ID from Service Tax could easily login to their GST account. It shows a system error. Is it is a technical issue?

05 July 2017 May be due to techincal error. But most probably due to invalid login id.

05 July 2017 But, I can login to GST account of service Tax provisional ID holders. Asked to GST help line, they said to connect with VAT office

05 July 2017 @ Jishnu Ravi., If you get two credentials, then you can use your VAT related P/ID and Password. It's only for useful your login, other one (like service tax credentials) is invalid....
