21 April 2016 I WANT TO KNOW IF SERVICE TAX + SBC RAISED IN BILL AND I WANT TO TAKE CREDIT THE BOTH IN EXCISE, CAN I TAKEN CREDIT ?

21 April 2016 no SBC Credit cannot be taken. Even SBC liability also cannot be paid by utilizing credit .. has to be paid in cash.
