The survey is conducted in financial year 2006-07 ,on account of marriage ceremeony , assesse was feared and surrender Rs.250000 as unexplained expenditure and paid Rs 75000 as income tax . the AO not making assesment To give avobe effect and not serveing any notice u/s 143(2). What is the procedure of assesment , if survey u/s 133A is conducted on the assesee . Is it possible to collect tax without making assesment u/s 143(3) in case of survey u/s 133A
