dear sir/ madam,
if regular dealer purchase goods from composition dealers it will reflect in FORM GSTR2?
Or regular dealer should enter composition purchases him self?

No need to enter as no ITC available in respect of such purchase.

then his total purchase as book will not tally to gst return....

I dont think it is required to tally as per book.
You can enter at your choice but not compulsory.
More clarified on receiving GSTR-2 utility.
