13 July 2013 we are Manufacturing Unit manufactures Textile machines?

our customer has given EPCG license can we supply the material without Charging of duty?

13 July 2013 Yes, you can export the goods without payment of duty under EPCG scheme.

15 July 2013 we are supplying goods to EPCG license Holder

as per the central excise rules we cannot sell goods without charging duty?

please clarify me
