When a partner retires from the partnership firm. Is the partnership deed prepared afresh or supplimentary deed required.
Do we have to submit it in sales tax and income tax and how.

A fresh Deed is required to prepared and information need to give all the authorities having jurisdiction on the firm with supporting document.
