Hello sir, I am Mohammed Goush i just want to ask that i am filing the return of last year i.e 2008-09 relevant to assessment year 2009-10 and if i paid S.A.tax on the month of October, then is it necessary for me to submit the return on the same month.

Self assesment tax paid, now at that time income tax return to be file as time limit fixed by Income tax deprtmnet. if you will file late return Late fee is liable to you.
