23 February 2013 respected sir,
i have submitted itr-4 for ass year2012-13 and paid tax due.at the time of submission of return i filled p/L account and mistakenly omitted to fill balance sheet.
i like to know that is it amounts to submission of incomlete return?.if yes how much penalty would be leviable.
please clarify

It amounts to non-submission of return as being defective return & penalty would be levied as if no return filed.

You should filed revised return.
