Study material 's pdfs file without highlighted option

10 September 2012 Dear Experts & Friends,
Please help me to provide the solution of this problem that the ICAI is provinding us the various inputs on its site, almost study material are in PDF file without highlighting option now the problem is if any one wants to highlight anyline or mark any line then how can anybody do that.... is it possible to convert such file in word file ........Plz help me

11 September 2012 Dear Ajay,

Using that you can convert both read only and protected.

The idea to edit a protected pdf is that you just covert it to Word and make changes, after that once again you can change it back to PDF using that software itself.
