Can anyone please help to solve this query?
I have applied for DTA sales For F.Y. 2011-12 on 25/09/2012. The STPI Department says that as the Financial Year has already ended so the request can not be accepted. I have even not filed my APR for the said F.Y.
Now i am thinking to Exit STPI as it is complicated and there are no such extra benefits instead it is increasing my cost.
So Is there any way in which i can take a BACK DATE EXIT from STPI ?
