21 May 2011 BRANCH TAKES ADVANCE ORDER OF SPECIFIC ITEM/SIZE & FORWARD TO MFG.UNIT FOR MANUFACTURE & SUPPLY OF SPECIFIC QTY.

MANUFCTURING UNIT AFTER PRODUCING TRANSFER TO BRANCH.

WHETHER SUCH TRANSFER ARE ALLOWED OR TAXABLE UNDER CST.

21 May 2011 If the Branch utilises ITC then on Stock transfer outside the State it must reverse 2%/4% of ITC as Applicable .
