05 December 2008 Dear freinds,

We are a trading company situated in Bangalore.
We have just opened a Branch in Tirupur and taken a sales Tax registration for the Branch.

I would like to know what all the procedures under Karnataka Vat for stock transfer materials from Bangalore to Tirupur.

11 December 2008 YOu have to give an intimiation to the Department. Further Form F to be used to transfer the materials to branches outside Karnataka.
