I am going to appear for PCC May 09 attempt. Will be I entitled to receive stipend for the 3 months holidays? Is it mentioned anywhere by ICAI?

it is to be paid.
there is no provision in ca act to not to pay in holidays.
there is only provision to not to pay if articleship is extended after 3 years due to excess leave.
