I have two incomes from Transfer of Securities subject to STT.

1. Interday Gain and 2. Intraday Profit.

How to treat both of them?

11 September 2010 Intraday profit is speculation business income.

Delivery trading will be either capital gains or business income depending upon the factors as mentioned in circular no. 4/2007.
