Suppose Mr. Shyam wants to sell 3BHK flat which he got registered on 13/feb/2013
now he want to sell it and buy another 3BHK
how to save STCG??
Did Shyam Ji enjoy any exemption u/s 54 and family????

No there is no provision to save STCG. Exemption u/s 54 is available only in case of LTCG.
