First put ur phone on silent or flight mode.
Then decide what u want to study in next say 3 hours & start studying.
After 3 hours check what u did in last 3 hours.
In this way u'll never waste ur time & can complete the syllabus on time.
For motivation, just imagine ur life after becoming CA & all related benefits.
