15 April 2009 Statuary Meeting is held once in a life of of a Ltd. Company.

A partnership firm convewrted into Ltd compnay under Part IX of the Companies, Act, 1856,

My queries is Statutory meeting is compulsory for the said companies within 6 months of its incorporation.

Or

When Private Ltd companies converted to Ltd Company, in that case statutory meetiung is need to hold

16 April 2009 Statutory meeting is complusory in case of a private company.
as soon as the firm gets converted in to pvt. company, it has to abide all the provision of Companies Act, so it is compulsory for a company(which is converted from a firm) to hold statutory meeting,there is no such relaxation.
