In case of Pvt ltd and Ltd (listed/unlisted)

Who will the sign all the reports attached with the statutory reports

Following are attachments in general:-
1.Directors Report
2.Auditors Report
3.Financial Statements.

Except the Directors Report,all the above will be signed by the Statutory Auditor of the respective company.
