Dear Experts,
statutory audit is applicable to all company please let me know the due date to conduct this audit and where audit report will be filled weather to MCA or to any other department.

The audit report will be put to Board of directors meeting, they will approve the same and call for an AGM, Last date to hold AGM is the last working day from 6 months to end of financial year i.e. 30th sept. So Audit report should be submitted atleast 21 days before the same
