I would like to know as to the steps to be followed for a newly qualified CA to start practice. I beleive one can take COP in his individual name or in the name of a propritorship firm. What is the difference between the two and the advantages or disadvatages between the two??? Also, if I want to set up a proprietorship firm, what are the requirements?
