Needed to know the procedure, required documents and pre-requisites for starting an NBFC company specifically for providing Home Loans(Housing loans) and 2 wheeler loans.

Urgently require this.
Detailed explanation and all the necessary forms and links will be highly appreciated.

You need to register your NBFC with ROC,
you have to draft MOA & AOA with prescribed Business Clause.
for home loan & 2 wheeler loan
