Start New Business Distributorship

19 August 2009 Dear Sir,
I am interested to start a new business of distributorship of a food product. I don't have any registration nor have any Name identified to my business.
I want to make a trial by getting the product & get the market response for it. If the demand is their than I will to do all the statutory requirements as needed.
Please answer me how to do this work perfectly.

20 August 2009 Dear Mr. Sridhar Babu,

In Karnataka, upto Rs.2.00 Lac Business, Regn. not required, but when u transport the material from one place to other place, Check Post officers oppose it.

Better and safeguard, you do the busienss in someother's name, those who already got registered, with mutual understanding, once your busienss grows, take a registration. This is my personal view.

Otherwise, u take a registration, in future , if u not interested, u can surrender it, but u have to bear the cost.

Anyhow, all the best for your busienss.
