Standard operating procedure varies from unit to unit as per nature of industry. Also it will not be possible to reply the whole query raised. It will cover no. of mannual, internal circulars, delegation of powers, authority etc.
I advise you plz try to understand any one area , becoz without working it is very much difficult to understand the procedure.
