06 December 2015 PLEASE TELL ME THAT HOW MUCH AMOUNT STAMP PAPER IS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE LLP AGREEMENT IN UP IF TOTAL CONTRIBUTION IS RS. 80000 IN CASH.

PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE LINK OF UP STAMP ACT, JUST TELL ME THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF STAMP PAPER SHOULD BE.

06 December 2015 sir i have already written that stamp paper requirement in U.P. so it is obvious that LLP is going to register in Uttar pradesh. please read my query carefully

06 December 2015 my mistake. it happens when you write the whole query in CAPITAL LETTERS! no differentiation between nouns and normal words!
