Can some one guide me with the xl sheet stating stamp duty payable on registering company with minimum share capital, & stamp duty payable on every increase in share capital. further, also guide me on increase of which share capital we are liable to pay stamp duty like preferential capital, authorised equity captial, Issued & paidup equity capital.
