I want to know that is there any stamp duty levied on allotment of shares in a company, if yes then what is the rate of it and what is the procedure to payment of it , is it payble manually or online?

if the company's registered office in jaipur (rajasthan) then what is the rate of stamp duty? And can i know why we have to pay the stamp duty on allotment because we have already paid stamp duty on authorise capital?
