Hello Experts,
our company has hired two truck from transport agency on month basis, plz clarify who will pay ST in this case...

For providing GTA service the taxable document is LR. Whether you are issuing LR or not? GTA service is taxable where a transport service agency is providing services to the consignor or consignee?
Secondly taking truck on hire could be taxable under different service i.e. renting where the service provider is liable to pay tax.
