St on guest hse food provided by co. to employees

22 September 2015 My Company is having plant at various locations. It provides the facility of Guest House where the employee, guest can take food on a chargeable basis. They also provide rooms to guests for staying. I want to know whether the Company is liable to pay Service tax in relation to this activity? If yes, then please provide the section under which it is mentioned.
