Sir please let me know that whether I have to send the form ST form 10 of ICSI at new delhi address or noida address for issue of sponsorship letter for training
It has to be sent at the Noida Address., Also, you have to send a scanned copy by email to the institute. You also have to send the appointment letter copy along with the Form

Sir, but I have not directly contacted the registered company for training, only after the institute issues sponsorship letter I shall move ahead with the procedure, so dont have any appointment letter, please guide me
You have to first contact the company, get appointed, and then get an appointment letter from them. Then ICSI will go ahead and issue a sponsorship letter for that company where you have been appointed.
Though the form says that you can mention 3 companies in order of preference and all, I don’t think it will work that ways…you have to contact the companies on your own only

Ok sir, thank you, will try both the options available, because I am hesitating to directly contact the company, I will send the ST form 10 and also contact the concerned company too

If you want to learn, go for a PCS…
Coz in a company, you have only one company… But in a PCS, they will put you on to different clients, so you get to see the working styles of different companies…
Though the stipend may be less than a company, but surely the learning will be great

yes i absolutely agree with you sir, but I always aspire to be an expert in CSR activity (recent area of development acc new companies act) and listed companies work
CSR is a totally different line, and has got nothing to do with the corporate laws. It is mainly in the nature of philanthropy.
Even in a PCS, you will get to learn all the processes of listed companies, since you would be auditing the compliances required by them..i.e the form filing etc.
Also, the companies take a Corp. Governance Report from the PCS, so that also you can learn

Ok, thank you for the guidance. But according to my view CSR and Governance are parellel to each other like the Labour Laws, Factories Act and various legislations are enacted for good governance practice, the GRI reporting guidelines recently G3 upgraded to G 4 reporting norms, and environmental protection laws, these laws in the ambit of creating good corporate citizen.so CSR covers the overall development of society from labours to environment protection
