Annual returns shall not be required to be filed for the year 2015-16 which is due on 30.11.2016 as per circular No.1050/38/2016-CX dated. 8th November 2016. Hope your question is addressed

Sir my query was pertain to FY 2016-17 not FY 2015-16 pls guide me for FY 2016-17 weather annual return of ST will be filed by 30/11/2017 for FY 2016-17 or not
