When we file ST-3 from aces website, we are needed to fill in Source Documents if Interest & penalty are involved.
But what is correct format of 'Source Docs"?

All columns and rule referred above is regarding adjustment of excess service tax paid. If you have such adjustments, source document is the respective challan numbers.
