I have filed ST-3 For the period July to September 2012.Now, status of XML is showing filed but when I am trying to view filed ST-3,error is coming as "record not found".
What is the meaning of that ? Is anyone facing this kind of problem?

Yes you are right. You just ensure that while you are checking print ack then it should be filed.

I checked print ack on 08/05/2013 and it is as successfully uploaded but XML status is Filed.

It seems you are trying to download or view the return, after uploading it will take 1 or 2 days to see the return. if the return status comes filed, then its fine
