27 December 2011 sir, if turn over is bellow taxable, so nil
ser.tax return is compulsory, i have not filed st-3 in last 3 years.
i have not collected any ser.tax in bills.

29 December 2011 if you are not proving any services ....... it is better to surrender service tax registration
