in orignal st-3 we filed gross amtRs.104 (100+4=104)instead of 100 now we given st-3 revised to correct this mistake but officer refused to ack and ask for certificate,etc for verification but not accepting revised st-3 (filing whth in 30 day)& mannualy not giving any notice or summon
