My previous year 2014-15 turnover was 1 crore. i file the return Quarterly during 2014-15 and i cross the 4 crore turn over on 30/05/2015 so i can file return Quarterly or monthly?? upto 1.5 crore i claim exemption Also.

You will avail the 1.5cr SSI exemption limit in the current year and you will file ER-3 quarterly return. The SSI exemption will not be available from the next financial year.
