SSI exemption is not available in respect of clearances bearing a brand name of another person.
"How is it possible that one manufacturer, say Hero Honda's brand name can be used by any other car manufacturer. ..??
I think this is possible if any other car manufacturer would pay patent fee to hero Honda. ....is it??

SSI exemption will not be available if you are manufacturing the goods of another brand name. For details you should consult with any professional.
