I want to know that what is the last date of submmiting service tax challan and service tax return.

17 September 2010 return - 25th of the next month for the half year i. e. 25th oct & 25th april

tax payment - 5th of next month for companies other 5th of next quarter. If epayment then 6th

march payment - 31st march.
