How to account when purchase of a cell phone

if it is an asset the depreciation particulars also please clarify me

02 November 2013 cell phone is an asset, but depreciation is allowed only when you have business and to prove that it is being use for business either partly or fully.

if so, then depreciation @ 15% will be apply
