25 November 2010 One emplyee of our company transfer to singapore subsidary, is he consider as NRI or Non resident of Singapore by H1 Visa. Company has to pay him salary in singapore dollar than what will be the Taxes is applicable

He will be NRI if he stays, outside india, over 6 months (182 days to be precise) in the financial year
