Signing the examination form of ipcc gruop -2 ??

07 August 2013 I doing Articleship, i had appeared for ipcc group -2 exams in may 13 , but didn't pass.
now i have to get my exam form signed,
is it mandatory to get the exam form signed by my principle or can i get my form signed by any other CA.
