A member of the institute holding COP, employed (Full time employment) in an Audit Firm. Whether he can sign Tax audit reports seperately?

first of all a member cannot hod COP if he is doing full time job. Further if he is holding part time COP then he is not eligible to do any attestation work. if you are partner in that Audit firm then you can sign the Audit report.
