I have to register a company in which an Italian Co is holding 70% shares and an Indian employed in Italy is holding the balance 30% shares. The italian company's chairman will be signing the MOA and AOA for and on behalf of the Italian Co. Please enlighten me as how to sign these documents by the Italian and Indian abroad. Please reply in detail.

MOA & Aoa of a company is signed by subscriber of the company..... so the chairman can be act and sign on behalf of italian company..... noted here that mini. 2 subscriber ( in case of public co. mini. 3 suscriber) r required to sign the MOA & AOA of the company and also signed by witness...
