03 August 2011 can an intersted chairman in some matter sign the minutes of the Board meeting in which the matter was decided for which he is intersted?

06 August 2011 ethanks dear but i got the answer of my qtn in section 300 intersted chairman can not chair the meeting so he can not sign the minutes of such meeting...
