Yes. There is no prohibition to sign Form 32 by an additional director. Same powers and duties are there for an additional director as are for other directors. However, a resolution is to be passed in the board meeting to authorize him for such filing.
But one correction is required. No specific resolution is required to be passed in the name of such additional dir. One time general resolution will be enough.
