03 May 2012 Can a Director sign a Board Resolution which is in his favour only or in which he is authorized to maintain a Bank Account..?

Please clarify its urgent

Director can sign a Board resolution which is in his favour only or in which he is authorized to maintain a Bank Account.

However some times bank may insist that resolution should also be signed by the director other than those who is authorized to maintain bank account.

In such case it is better to get resolution certified by two directors.
