In a public limited company, there are 3 director. If board resolution sign by 2 directors. It is ok or not? If ok plz send me a notification.

20 January 2015 'THE BOARD' can authorise a single person to sign the resolution. it was resolved by the board to authorised so person as "Authorized Signatory"
