wheher a firm having brotherinlaw substential interest , can a CA sign audit report of that firm. Pls. suggest in line with code of conduct.

27 May 2011 Sorry but I don't understand the question. but if the CA having any interest in that Firm he can not sign.

CA DONT'T HAVE ANY INTREST IN FIRM. BUT BROTHERINLAW OF CA INTERESTED IN FIRM. IN THAT CASE CAN A CA SIGN AUDIT REPORT OF THAT FIRM.
