While signing the MOA of a company , whther all pages to be signed by the subscibers or only the subscriber page need to be signed . This is for uploading eform 1 for a companyin Kerala

As per Section 15 The memorandum shall — (a) be printed, (b) be divided into paragraphs numbered consecutively, and (c) be signed by each subscriber (who shall add his address, description and occupation, if any,) in the presence of at least one witness who shall attest the signature and shall likewise add his address, description and occupation, if any. Only the last page of Memorandum at where above mentioned details need to be given, required to signed by subscribers

Only Subscribers page will be signed. They will, in their handwriting mention their name, address, occupation in presence of At least one witness Who shall sign the Subscribers page, mention his occupation and address. A single witness shall be enough for both (or more than 2) subscribers.
