30 September 2013 My Audit report date is today and as well we have also filed itr today ?

is there any problem with that ?

Confusing statements are there because this year we have faced many difficulties by dept & Nature specially in gujarat

at the time to special September

audit report is pending to efile we are planning to do now but

what about date do we can do with that ?

Hurry Please guide me as time is running out

30 September 2013 You can do efiling till 31.10.2013 but the audit report should be submitted manually upto 30.09.2013

BUT WHAT IS MEANING OF
THE WORD "BEFORE" USED IN SEC 44AB SUGGESTS THAT REPORT CAN NOT BE SIGNED ON 30TH. HOWEVER, IT CAN BE FURNISHED/UPLOADED ON 30TH.
